WHY: Why we exist ¶
We believe technology should create independence, not dependency.
Our work should leave the world better than we found it. Not just through working software, but through shared knowledge, reusable tools, and people who can move forward without us.
We contribute to a knowledge commons: a shared foundation of code and know-how that others can use, improve, and build upon. Progress should accumulate, not start from scratch with every project. That gives developers room to create and SMBs the software power to compete with bigger players.
Our enemy: waste and lock-in.
Marketplace commissions that rise overnight. Reinventing the wheel. Knowledge kept behind closed doors. Platforms that set the rules for your business.
Our love: craftsmanship and shared progress.
Writing clean, reusable software. Sharing what we learn so our work creates value beyond the project it was built for.
HOW: How we do it ¶

- Reusable everything. Can what we do now be a plugin, public LLM skill or a guide? Publish it, so next time it will be easier.
- Keep a small tech stack:
- Minimize external systems and dependencies
- Astro SSR
- Vendure
- Dokploy
- Automate the boring. Invoicing, taxes, shipping, fulfilment integrations.
- Keep documentation close to where its needed. Use code comments and JSDoc. Minimize external docs.
🌍 Contribute & Share ¶
- Teach and share generously. The lessons we spent years learning shouldn't have to be learned all over again by the next developer, human or AI. We share through open source, articles, Agent Skills, and workshops.
- Knowledge becomes more valuable when other can build upon it. Don't just solve a problem once. Capture the solution and its context so others can understand, apply, and improve it.
- Make teams independent. Give clients the code, knowledge, and confidence to continue without us.
- No zero-sum mindset. Shared knowledge is not a competitive loss. We grow by contributing to collective success, while respecting client confidentiality.
